Terms and Conditions

By engaging with my web design services, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Project Scope

Each project includes a clearly defined scope agreed upon at the start. Any requests beyond the agreed scope will be treated as additional work and may incur extra charges.

2. Revisions

Every web design project includes a maximum of rounds of revisions.
Once the maximum number of revisions is reached:

• A K500 fee will apply for minor changes, such as text edits, contact detail updates, or small content adjustments.

• A K1,500 fee will be charged per page for design changes, including layout alterations, reformatting, or new design elements.

3. Payment Terms

A 50% deposit is required to begin work. The remaining 50% is payable upon project completion, before the website is launched or handed over.
All payments are non-refundable once the project has commenced.

4. Timelines

Project timelines will be agreed upon before work begins. Delays in providing required content, approvals, or feedback may result in revised delivery dates.

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing all necessary materials (images, text, logos, etc.) in a timely manner. If delays occur due to missing assets, the project timeline may be extended.

6. Ownership and Rights

Once full payment is made, ownership of the final website design will transfer to the client. I reserve the right to showcase the project in my portfolio unless otherwise agreed.

7. Hosting and Maintenance

Unless included in the package, hosting and ongoing website maintenance are the client’s responsibility. Support for third-party services is not included unless specified.

8. Content Accuracy

Clients are responsible for the accuracy of all content provided. I am not liable for any errors, omissions, or legal issues arising from client-provided materials.
